On March 23rd, 2003, Shaanxi Hande Axle Co., Ltd was jointly invested and founded by Weichai Group and Shaanxi Automobile Group from its predecessor Axle Plant of Shaanxi Automobile Manufacturing Factory. It is a high & new tech enterprise with Xi’an and Baoji two plants, totally covering 320,000 m2(32 hectares). There are over 3,300 employees, including more than 490 engineers and technicians. Its registered capital is USD 53 million and turnover is USD 833 million.
